More meetings today, this time in the Preseli hills at Crymych. A beautiful area but being higher up rather susceptible to the elements. This was nicely illustrated when it started snowing at lunchtme..

..meanwhile home and the rest of Pembrokeshire remained resplendent in greenery..

So it was gym circuits today and hiefully a run with the CVPs tomorrow 🙂
